We are a small social enterprise set up as a Community Interest Company. We are limited by guarantee rather than shares. This means that our profits will go towards supporting our aims, rather than lining the pockets of shareholders.
Our Board of Directors make decisions about the direction of the company and how we will work towards our aims. We currently have 6 Directors on our board, all local to Strathearn. |
