The first action and challenge should you choose to accept it is to think about one thing you are good at and share it on facebook or with a friend. Go on - give yourself a pat on the back.
Why? We will be encouraging you to be good to yourself. Change can be hard so being good to yourself is important. Recognising your skills and talents is a start.
