The Programme.

Take a look at what the Ayecan Programme involves.

This is a non-diet approach
​to managing your weight.

Ayecan Change helps you to:

  • Recognise thoughts and emotions that are self defeating
  • Recognise the patterns behind your eating   
  • ​Establish lasting healthy habits based on what is important to you 
  • Manage your weight in a way that feels good for you​

There are no fad or banned foods.

We show you how to reconnect mind, mouth and body through small lifestyle changes with a big impact. We work with mind and body providing tools and techniques that work.
We provide sound nutritional advice and encourage physical activity that works for you.  

What's on offer?


There is an initial 10 week programme online. This can be done in blocks of 5 weeks. You have  access to this over the course of a year. This includes two follow up sessions to  ensure you are on track. In some areas, there is also an option to join a local group like a walking group or health group.

Each week you receive a mixture of short videos to watch, audios to listen to and quizzes to complete.


There are always actions for you to take. The actions depend on the focus for the week.Your actions and some ‘Aye Can’ attitude will make the difference.
